2. What SchoolHub Club does
SchoolHub Club is a family dashboard that organises information from existing school platforms. It does not replace school systems, financial institutions, or official school communications. We aggregate and present information to help families stay on top of school life.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use SchoolHub Club only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying systems.
5. Subscriptions and billing
SchoolHub Club offers a 30-day free trial, after which membership is charged at the rate shown on our pricing page. Billing cycles, payment methods, and cancellation terms are described during checkout. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of SchoolHub Club is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Limitation of liability
SchoolHub Club is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. We do not guarantee that information displayed in the dashboard is complete, accurate, or up to date, and we recommend verifying important matters directly with your school.
