For schools

How we handle school information

What we read

We read publicly available pages on your school website — term dates, contact details, the school day, year groups, classes, PE days and the apps you ask parents to use. We only read pages anyone can see. We never log into a school portal, guess passwords, or access pupil records.

What staff can manage

Approved school staff can sign in to the school portal to correct anything we have picked up, add or edit year groups and classes, list the apps you use, and publish clubs, music lessons and other services with a description, contact details and an optional flyer.

Who can see it

Published school information is visible to parents at your school inside their own dashboards. Uploaded flyers can only be opened by your staff, our platform administrators, and parents who have a child at your school.

Roles

For your school's public information, we act as the controller of the copy held in our system. Pupil information belongs to parents and is entered by them into their own family account; schools cannot see individual family records. A formal data-processing agreement can be put in place on request.

Audit and accuracy

Every change made in the school portal is recorded with who made it and when. We recheck school websites on a schedule you choose, and changes we detect are shown for review rather than applied silently.

Removal and questions

If you would like your school removed, corrected, or a data processing agreement in place, please contact us. Our privacy policy covers families' information.
