Parents and guardians

Several parents or guardians can share one family account. Everyone sees the same dashboard, and only members of your family can see your information.

Your privacy and your data
You can take a copy of everything we hold about your family at any time, or close your account and have it all deleted.
Deletion removes the data held in School Hub Club. Some records, such as payment or billing information held by our payment processor, may be kept where the law requires. You can also request deletion by emailing support@schoolhub.club.
Download a copy of your data
A single file with your family, children, calendar, meals, clubs, messages, payments and settings.
Delete my account
This permanently removes your family, your children's details and every record attached to them. It cannot be undone.
